Dr. George J. Raukar

Dr. Raukar is the newest associate of Coastal Orthopaedics. He comes to us following two years as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedics at West Virginia University. Dr. Raukar will be providing orthopedic call coverage exclusively at Charlton Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Raukar completed his Fellowship training in Adult Orthopedic Reconstructive and Trauma Surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA in 2004. He received his medical degree and completed his orthopedic residency at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. He is Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery.

Dr. Raukar specializes in minimal-incision joint replacement surgery, but will accept all patients with acute orthopedic problems.

Dr. Raukar is available for consultations and welcomes new patients.

Dr. Raukar sees patients in Fall River.
